The data controller is FULL NAME OR COMPANY NAME, REGISTERED ADDRESS, VAT/Tax code VAT NUMBER / TAX CODE.

Browsing data: the servers hosting the site (HOSTING PROVIDER) record technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of the request, needed to deliver the pages and to keep them secure.

Analytics data: only if you give your consent, Google Analytics 4 collects information about how you use the site (pages viewed, interactions with projects and galleries, approximate location, device). Advertising features, signals and personalisation remain disabled.

Data you send us: if you write to the email address shown on the site, we process the data contained in your message in order to reply.

Google Analytics data: RETENTION PERIOD SET IN THE GA4 PROPERTY, e.g. 14 months. Server logs: RETENTION PERIOD. Emails: for the time needed to handle the request and any following relationship.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data and object to the processing (articles 15–22 GDPR), and withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
